Description:
Designed for junior Writing & Literature Majors and Minors, in preparation for senior thesis projects and other capstone projects. The class will entertain students' initial ideas for collections of poetry, short stories, a novel, literary nonfiction, or hybrid forms, and help to focus, materialize, and refine manuscripts. Individualized mentorship will be provided in the context of rigorous critique sessions and salon-style camaraderie. Writing majors will additionally use this course to go through Junior Review.
