Case Study - Children's Creativity Museum
The entire Education Team will act as a collective resource for the Fellow, offering one-on-one and group professional development trainings every Tuesday afternoon. In addition to being able to schedule meetings with Educators on request, the Fellow will have regular bi-weekly mentor meetings with the Education Manager to ensure that progress is being made toward their personal and professional goals, and to provide individualized resources and support to further their learning and to hone their skills.
