Building Policies & Requirements (Internal)

Last updated on Nov 07, 2025

All reservations + events must follow the CCA Building Use Guidelines. Violation of these guidelines may result in a fine to the department or division. As stated in the Building Use Guidelines, all CCA community members must also follow CCA's Campus Policies.

In addition to our Building Use Guidelines, the Nave Presentation Space and the Osher Lobby have additional parameters:

Serving Alcohol

If you plan to serve alcohol at an on campus event, A Request to Serve Alcohol form (wine and beer only) must be submitted at the same time of the event space request. This form must be filled out and sent to Public Safety at psdsupervisors@cca.edu at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. You will receive an email confirmation if your request is approved or denied by Public Safety. Have questions? Reach out to psdsupervisors@cca.edu.

Event-related Fees

Depending on the size, location, date, and time of your reservation or event, there may be associated costs. Please review the Event-related Fees document.
