The work in this exhibition is a culmination of pieces created by Mia Feuer's Sculpture 2 class in the Fall of 2021. These works all uniquely reflect the turbulent moment of our time fueled by a wild excitement to return to an in-person studio setting. Through sculptural creation, each student responds and reacts to their own relationship with "anxiety"- and the dark forces that lurk within and all around. This exhibition marks the first fully outdoor CCA advanced sculpture class that was held in the Backlot, Tent 1, where would often be found- sculpting in the dark.
