Change, Reset, or Recover Your CCA Account Password
Before you begin
If you know your password
Log in to the CCA Accounts website, then select the "Change Password" tab. Follow the prompts from there to complete your password change.
If you have forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself if:
- You are enrolled in Duo Mobile and have possession of your registered device
- You have up-to-date contact information, such as a mobile phone or personal email, on file in Workday (current students, staff, and faculty only)
If neither of the options above are available to you, you'll need to contact the CCA Help Desk, available from 9am-4:30pm PT, Monday through Friday, to assist with a password reset:
For security purposes, all account access-related requests require an identity verification step. Help Desk conducts this process over Zoom. Please be ready to show a government- or CCA-issued ID on camera at that time.
Password resets (forgotten password)
Follow the appropriate steps below to reset your password.

If verifying with Duo Mobile, enter the code that gets pushed to your registered Duo device.
