If you did not request a password change/reset, please contact the CCA Help Desk immediately (helpdesk@cca.edu).
If you have not set up password recovery options:

The Help Desk account recovery process requires an identity verification process over Zoom. A Help Desk agent will schedule/coordinate a Zoom call at the time you call in. Please be ready with the following:
- A computer or device from which you can join the Zoom call with video enabled, and from which you can log in to your CCA account once a temporary password has been set up.
- One form of government-issued identification you can use to verify your identity during the call, such as a valid driver's license or passport.
Once you have been set up with a temporary password, you'll be able to follow the steps outlined below to change your password.
Change your password
1 Log in to the CCA Accounts website
Go to https://accounts.cca.edu/login, and enter your login credentials.
Note that you'll need to authenticate your login with Duo multi-factor authentication.
2 Select "Manage Password" from the website tabs
3 Select the "Change Password" tile
4 Update your password
- Select "Get Password Suggestions" to open the password helper, and follow the on-screen prompts to generate a new password.
- Enter your new password in the Password dialog box
- Click "Submit" to save your new password.
CCA recommends using a password manager to securely store and manage your online accounts. If you don't currently use one, CCA offers Dashlane password manager for current staff, faculty, and students.
Set up or manage password recovery options
You can set up password recovery options so you can reset your own password in the event that you've forgotten it.

Note that you'll need to authenticate your login with Duo multi-factor authentication.
