MURAL: Changing Your Display Name

Before you begin


MURAL doesn't automatically sync with CCA systems, so display names may not be accurate to what appears in Workday. To update your display name in MURAL, please follow the steps below. If you are still experiencing issues with MURAL after following these steps, please contact us at Help Desk for further assistance.

1 Go to mural.co

2 If you are automatically logged in, click on your name in the lower left corner, and select "sign out."

3 After logging out, sign back in to MURAL. Your name should now be synced to the name set in Workday.
