Support for student-owned laptops

User Support Specialists are available to provide troubleshooting assistance and support:

  • Installing software needed for class
  • Connecting to CCA online resources
  • Troubleshooting or advising on hardware issues
  • Best practices for file storage

Please back up your computer before your appointment with User Support. If you need help doing that, we can help you!

Need Further Technical Assistance With Your Apple Laptop? Apple computer owners can get hands-on support and assistance by visiting an Apple "Genius Bar" located in any Apple retail store. Appointments can be reserved at any Apple store location, or online through the Genius Bar Reservation System.
