STEP AWAY FROM THE SCREEN

Sure, you’ll be online a lot. But your body and mind need time away from the screen, too!

To prevent eye fatigue: use a timer or set your playlist to pause every 20 minutes to remind you to look away from the screen. Stand up and stretch or dance or walk around the room every hour.

Play with your pet iguana.

Get fresh air and exercise.
