Event Support
Event A/V Needs Assessment:
Departments hosting events must communicate A/V requirements to the Media Center at least two weeks in advance.
A/V Equipment Support:
If the event occurs outside Media Center operating hours, departments must arrange for trained personnel or third-party support.
The Media Center can provide documentation about equipment limitations and setup requirements before the event.
Training and Communication:
Media Center can provide training or resources regarding AV equipment and event management. We do not provide in-event tech support.
