To submit required employment information and documentation to fulfill requirements to maintain F1 status on OPT and STEM OPT - you must access your CCA Workday Account. CCA Alumni retain access to the Workday system and student records after degree completion.

Log into Workday.cca.edu using your CCA account credentials. While your CCA email address may or may not be active as an alum, you do have Workday access. Your CCA user name from your CCA email address (the part before @cca.edu) is your log in credential for Workday access. To reset your CCA credential password, visit here.

Here are the list of forms for use to report updates during the 12 month standard OPT period:

Use the ISS OPT Update Form for the following updates

• Upload scan of EAD
• Confirming you will not use your OPT or ending OPT early to depart the US
• Confirming approval for a Change of Nonimmigrant Status
• Requesting a Cap Gap extension based on H-1 approval

Use the ISS STEM OPT I-20 Request form to apply for STEM OPT

Use the ISS OPT Travel Signature Request form to request an updated travel signature.

Use the ISS SEVIS Out Request form to request your CCA SEVIS record be transferred to another school
