Privacy of Records (2020)
The Office of the Title IX Coordinator will receive and retain records of reports and related documents.
Documents that are prepared in anticipation of the investigation and resolution of the matter (including the investigative report and any other documents) will not be disclosed outside of the review process, except as required by law.
In most cases, the final Outcome Letter will be issued concurrently to both the Complaining and the Respondent. CCA neither encourages nor discourages the further disclosure of the final Outcome Letter by either the Complainant or the Respondent. CCA acknowledges that sharing the final outcome letter with others may be an important part of a student’s healing process.
