Dear Summer Residents,

We hope your semester ended well, and we want to thank you for continuing your housing with us this summer. We are happy you are here and appreciate your continued participation in our residential community.

We also want to thank you for your patience as questions have arisen regarding the 25% housing rate adjustment and the financial aid stipends being offered to eligible residential students. This email will clarify the details.

• Billing and financial aid disbursements will begin within the next 7 days.
• All students who have signed a housing agreement for Summer 2026 will see a 25% rate adjustment reflected as a Housing Discount Waiver on their bill in Touchnet.

In addition, eligible students who are registered in at least 6 degree-required units and living on campus during the full Summer 2026 term will qualify for a $3,000 on-campus housing stipend.

• This stipend is only offered for the Summer 2026 semester.
• This stipend will not roll forward to the Fall or Spring semesters.
• Please review all relevant details listed on the Portal.
