The description here is what we submitted for the previous program were there were general course descriptions and then sections descriptions. I no longer think they are necessary; students likely won't read that much text and I think it's more strategic to simply have the specific section descriptoin stand alone.

We DO need to submit descriptions each time we run this course because we have a suite of classes that rotate--each with this same number.
