This digital media seminar will explore the conceptual and technical implications of digital fabrication, 3d printing, CNC manufacturing, robotics and other emerging methodologies in architecture, art and design. Special emphasis will be placed on exploring experimental techniques related to computation design, emerging computer-aided-manufacturing techniques, visualization AR/VR, and material explorations. The seminar will be structured around a series of advanced topic-based workshops. The final project will include a full-scale physical installation.
