Description:
In Shifting Between 2 + 3 Dimensions students will engage with three-dimensional space through two-dimensional methods used for planning, model building, and presentations, as well as various types of drawing methods (sketch, diagram, orthographic, and paraline projection). Students will use hand and power tools as well as various materials such as wood, fabric, wire, and recycled materials. By researching specific sites and human activity, students will create practical solutions to daily situations, such as shelters, modular units, and clothing.
