To share CCA's computer facilities most equitably, students must abide by the Academic Computing Render Policy:

1. Policy applies to all Academic Programs and software applications.

Cloud Lab Rendering:

All students needing to render large files on their laptops are encouraged to use the Cloud Lab, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week. Cloud Lab provides a remote connection to a computer that can be used for any purpose, including rendering.

Computer Lab Rendering:

1. On weekdays, renders in Computer Labs can only occur at night between 10pm and 8am (to avoid conflict with class use).
2. Over the weekend, renders must be completed before 8am on Monday morning.
3. Renders that interfere with a class using the space will be terminated without warning.
4. All renders must have the following information listed or attached at the station:
   1. Name
   2. File Name
   3. Start Time
   4. End Time (expected)
   5. CCA Email address
5. Failure to comply will result in render termination without notification.
