CCA User Account Management

In order to use printing services, email, and many other Tech Services tools and resources, you must first activate your CCA user account. If you have trouble changing or resetting your password, please call the Help Desk or submit a Help Desk Ticket online.

Logging into a Computer Lab Workstation

Lab work stations have a generic user account and password, which should be posted in the lab. If not, you can ask a lab monitor, faculty, or staff.
