Portal is the digital hub of CCA. It houses knowledge and resources for the whole CCA community. If you have a question about how to do or find something, there’s likely a Portal page with the answer!

Portal also is the home of the course schedule, knowledge base, academic calendar, help documentation, policies, shops catalog, events calendar, and so much more!

Overwhelmed by all the digital systems and platforms that you have to use?

Check out the Knowledge Base for tutorials on a variety of topics, including how to connect to printers, how to update your information in Workday, and how to connect to the wifi. Still having trouble? Reach out to the Help Desk with your problem and we'll get right on it!

Need to keep up with your classes?

You can visit the My Classes page to see your weekly schedule and get helpful links to important pages such as the Academic calendar.

Portal also hosts a robust Course Schedule designed with students in mind. While you still have to go to Workday to register for your classes, the Portal Course Schedule provides additional functionality. You can see what other sections an instructor is teaching, quickly check which courses are available in other semesters, and more!

Once you log in, you can access the course section page for your class. There, you can see the syllabus, contact information for your instructors, who else is taking that class, and links to the other digital systems your class uses, such as Moodle. You can access this through the course schedule, the My Classes page, or the dashboard.

Check out the People Directory, where you can see all the students, staff, and faculty at CCA as well as their email, major, position, and department.

Many members of your community have also filled out their profile, sharing their work and their stories. You should too!

To view and edit your profile, log in and go to portal.cca.edu/people/me

Your Portal Profile Gallery

Share your work with the community by updating your Portal profile gallery. For more information on how to upload art to your profile gallery, click here. Once you do so, your art may show up on the Gallery Spotlight on the Portal homepage.
