Directing Actors Workshop is a one-day seminar examining the actor’s process and what directors can do to get the most from it. Beginning with the question, what do actors want from their directors? Students will be offered an overview of the process of directing actors, including script analysis and preparation, rehearsal planning, rehearsal techniques, and working with actors on-set. A fair amount of time will be devoted to student questions, and students are encouraged to show up with at least one question to ask. There will be a break for lunch from 12:30-1pm.
