Class Description: This MasterClass will focus on setting up peer coaching frameworks to support you as you begin to chart your path post-graduation. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what coaching is, how it applies practically to your life, and a support system to hold you accountable as you take steps toward graduation. We'll also setup & review LinkedIn profiles, cover professional introductions, create personal advisory boards, and talk about how to truly invest in your network.
Dale Jasper Stephens helps executives learn to thrive under pressure, prioritize what truly matters, and overcome ego when making business decisions. Being the best leader possible is the most important factor in creating a great company and a successful outcome for your team and investors. He's lived the journey: he was one of the first Thiel Fellows and ran UnCollege for six years. Dale is also the author of "Hacking Your Education" (Penguin) and an angel investor in a dozen companies. Dale trained with David Peterson (Head of Coaching at Google) at 7 Paths Forward and Marcy Swenson (helped to create over $40B in market value coaching the founders of Lyft, Twilio, Pivotal, and Reddit).

Class Description: Mark Dwight is an American businessman who is the founder and CEO of Rickshaw Bagworks, a San Francisco maker of custom bags, and SFMade, a non-profit focused on building the San Francisco's manufacturing sector. He previously worked for another bag maker, Timbuk2 designs where he was the CEO for 5 years. Dwight founded Rickshaw Bagworks in 2007. The company is based in San Francisco, where it manufacturers and sells bags, device sleeves, and accessories from their factory located in the Dogpatch neighborhood.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
