Join LRC coaches for a quiet, 20-minute practice of yoga- and qigong-informed exercises (breathing, stretching, and gentle movement) to help you de-stress and re-energize your body and mind. Learn techniques you can practice on your own to get refreshed and refocused. Sessions start 6pm Pacific Standard Time = 7:30am India Standard Time = 10am China Standard Time!
