Students in their first and second years at CCA are required to live on campus.

Benefits of living on campus

  1. Convenience: By residing on campus, students enjoy easy access to academic buildings, resources, and studios.
  2. Academic Success: With access to support services, libraries, and collaborative spaces just steps away from their residence, on-campus residents often achieve higher grades and are more likely to persist and graduate.
  3. Community Building: Whether through organized events, shared living spaces, or spontaneous interactions, the residential environment cultivates friendships, support networks, and opportunities for collaboration and creativity

Assignments

Students may request a roommate of their choice at the time of applying. Unless you are assigned a single occupancy unit type, all assignments are double occupancy.

Access and Disability Services

If you have an access or disability accommodation request please submit your request with the Access and Disability Services office as soon as possible. Starting the intake process early on will help college staff identify the best room type for you.

Housing Options

Located just steps away from the main campus, CCA's newest residence, Founders Hall is a first-fill community. Therefore, it is possible that any applicant might receive a Founders assignment. Blattner Hall (CCA's apartment style community located 3 block's away) is the second priority fill residence. When you apply, you can prioritize your housing preferences.. These preferences will be ranked based on the date of your application submission, as well as your class standing.
