If the rise in COVID-19 cases or the new health orders provide cause for you to move out of the area to continue your studies online elsewhere, please complete the housing cancelation form. If the reason you would like to move out is due to COVID-19, and you would like to appeal the contract cancelation fees, you may do so. Please be as specific as possible in your reasoning for canceling.
