2026 Spring Application Process
The Priority Deadline for the Spring 2026 Housing Application is November 15, 2025.
The Spring 2026 Housing Application opens on October 15, 2025. Access the application by logging into the Housing Portal.
Housing Assignment & Offer Timeline
- Applications submitted by the Priority Deadline: Housing offers will be emailed to your CCA email account starting in late November.
- Applications submitted after the Priority Deadline: Housing offers will be emailed to your CCA email account on a rolling basis, beginning December 12th.
Assignments are primarily guided by the following priorities:
- Approved Accommodation Needs
- Priority is first given to applicants with approved accommodations through Access & Disability services that necessitate a specific room type. These assignments are completed before all others.
- Housing Preference Alignment
- For all other applicants, the ranking is based on your expressed preferences (e.g., room type, location, and gender-inclusive housing options) and their alignment with the available room inventory.
- Application Submission Date
- The final ranking is determined by the date your complete application was submitted and received.
