Summer Housing Dates & Rates
All CCA Summer residents will live in Founders Hall.
Terms
- Residents must commit to the full duration of the Summer term specified in the schedule below.
- You are considered a current resident if you hold an active Spring 2026 Housing License Agreement for either Blattner or Founders Hall.
Eligibility for Summer Housing
To qualify for summer housing at Founders Hall, you must meet one of these criteria:
- Enrolled in a CCA Summer 2026 course.
- Enrolled at least part-time for Fall 2026 at CCA.
Summer Cancellation Policy
Applicants who have submitted a signed Summer 2026 License Agreement for Founders Hall, and subsequently submit a Housing Cancellation Form on or before May 1, will lose their room assignment and pay to CCA a $300 cancellation fee.
Applicants who have submitted a signed Summer 2026 License Agreement for Founders Hall, and subsequently submit a Housing Cancellation Form after May 1, will pay to CCA the entire amount of the entire Housing License Fee.
