If you are planning to travel outside of the United States over CCA's summer break, you may need an updated travel signature to re-enter the US. If you need a travel signature, The International Student Services (ISS) office will be hosting Travel Signature Days.

Summer 2026 OPT Information Sessions

Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) information sessions for CCA F1 students graduating in summer 2026 will be held on ZOOM. ISS will review OPT application process, next steps, and tips to help you start your career. ZOOM links will be sent to eligible summer 2026 degree completion students before the event.

Dates and deadlines will be specifically for summer 2026 graduates, to plan and prepare for your OPT application process. Students completing their degree after summer 2026 should plan to attend a future session where ISS will have information specific to their program completion date.

Sprintax, a tax preparation software specifically for international students, will host free workshops about how to prepare to file taxes for calendar year 2025. Please note these are hosted by Sprintax, not by CCA

Sprintax Nonresident Tax Webinars: In these tax webinars, international students, scholars and professionals will be run through everything they need to know about nonresident tax for the 2025 tax season. Topics will include who must file, tax residency, FICA, State returns, implications of misfiling as well as how to use Sprintax to prepare a compliant tax return.
