The Tech Office is staffed by User Support Specialists. We maintain the computer labs, provide limited drop in support for laptop issues, and support students and faculty in using CCA's tech resources. We can help you troubleshoot WiFi problems, replace a missing mouse or broken keyboard in the classroom, transfer files, prepare files for printing, print from your laptop, or download missing software on a lab computer.

Our ability to troubleshoot personal devices is limited to CCA-related services. We can help with connecting to the WiFi, VPN access, installing CCA-provided software, and printing. If you need your personal laptop repaired, please see the Technology Support page for some recommended local options.

The SF Tech office is located in Room 207, between DFAS and the Learning Resource Center, on the second floor in the Main Building.

HOURS

Monday - Friday: 9 am-5:30 pm

User Support Specialists are sometimes away from the office working on problems in the labs. If the office is closed, please contact the Help Desk for a technology problem or the Media Center for any classroom A/V issues (projector, screen, lectern). Student Lab Monitors may also be available in Lab 240.
