To access the Moodle homepage, go to moodle.cca.edu. Click the blue Login button or the link in the upper righthand corner.

This takes you to the CAS login page, where you can enter your CCA username and password.

Once logged in, you will see your Moodle Dashboard, which has a number of useful items, a few of which are outlined below.

Latest news and Announcements

Whenever you log into Moodle, make sure to read any new content in the Announcement block at the top of the dashboard page. You can also find past announcements archived in the Latest news block on the right side of the page.

Recently accessed courses

The last couple courses you accessed are visible in the Recently accessed courses block. Note that there are navigation arows in the upper right of this block which let you scroll through your six most recent courses.

There is also a My Courses link in the main menu in the site header. This lists all your courses. Pay attention to the filter setting; you may need to set it to "All" to find the course you're looking forward. Courses that have not started yet will be in the "Future" and ones that have ended are in the "Past".

Getting to your course page(s)

Using either the Recently accessed courses block or the My Courses page mentioned above, click on the course you'd like to view. You can also navigate to a course by visiting your Profile in the upper right menu under your avatar image.
