Making Changes to Evaluation after Meeting

Once the meeting is complete between the manager and employee, the manager should go back to the To Do task and click the Submit button. At this point the employee will be able to view the manager’s comments and rating in Workday. If the manager needs to make changes to the submitted evaluation, please contact hr@cca.edu with the description of what and where you want to make the change, as only HR can make changes at this point. HR will contact the Manager outside of Workday once the changes have been completed.


Final Acknowledgements by Manager & Employee

The next task goes to the manager to submit final comments, if any, and acknowledge the completeness and accuracy of the evaluation form. Scroll down to see the entire form.

Then a task goes to the employee to submit final comments, if any, and acknowledge the completeness and accuracy of the evaluation form.

Note: Employees will not see the manager’s acknowledgement (with or without comments) until after the employee submits their acknowledgement.
