Total Staff Compensation
CCA recognizes the diversity in what staff value, need, and seek for reward. Therefore the college provides a number of items and ways to invest in our staff, in addition to pay.
As a staff member, you receive a regular pay rate for the job that you perform. The other component of your total compensation is the value of the benefits that CCA makes available to you and your family. The value of these benefits is your "hidden paycheck." It is important that you understand your total compensation package so that you are able to take full advantage of all college benefits.
